The barn, in the middle of the 3 gîtes is a friendly and welcoming space of 190m².
It is enhanced by a mezzanine of 60 m² and comes with a kitchen and W.C's.
The 3 gîtes have access to the space and its playful equipment : table tennis, table football,...
It is perfectly suitable for the successful organisation of all types of celebration as you may have the use of :
- the reception room (150 persons max.)
- the 3 gîtes, occupancy 25 - 30 persons
- park and grounds (with the possibility of camping @ 3 € per person)
- heated and enclosed swimming pool
- games
The whole package makes a super place to hold a successful celebration or a get-together for your family and friends.
Ideal for weddings and other celebrations, the barn is only let in conjuction with the 3 gîtes, for a weekend.
It cannot be let separately because of potential noise, unless the gîtes are unoccupied at that time !
